October 3, 2023 <br />Katie Larsen, <br />In regards to the preliminary plan review of the Kavan Christmas Tree Farm, located at 1415 Ash <br />Street; the Fire Department’s only concern is access to the building. The Minnesota State Fire Code <br />requires fire apparatus roads to extend within 150’ of all portions of the building and to be 20’ <br />wide.
