CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Park Board Vice Chair Clark Gooder called the Lino Lakes Park Board meeting to order <br />at 6:30 p.m. on July 6, 2022. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />3. SETTING OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> Agenda was approved as is. <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br /> Dave Christenson, 1454 Pheasant Hills Drive - arrived and discussed “Open Play” <br />pickleball at Tower Park (see Tower Park section for comments). <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 2, 2022 MINUTES <br /> <br /> Park Board member John Nordlund made a Motion to approve the February 2, 2022 <br />minutes. Park Board member Julie Cutts seconded the Motion. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> A. Tower Park <br /> Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director stated Tower Park is already getting used!!! <br />While we have received a lot of positive feedback, there have been some concerns of <br />long waits for the pickleball courts. Staff will be coordinating the painting of the two <br />tennis courts with pickleball court lines. If there are no tennis players, the courts will be <br />able to be utilized for pickleball.
