They are requesting <br />the proposed fence along the north lot line not be required. They are also requesting a <br />pickleball court to be constructed in the southwest corner of the development. <br /> <br />This staff report is based on review of the following plan sets and documents: <br /> <br />• PUD Amendment Application, narrative and photos submitted by the applicant on <br />October 16, 2023 <br /> <br />Previous Council Action <br /> <br />The City Council approved the Lyngblomsten PUD Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. <br />19-42 on April 18th, 2019. <br /> <br />On May 11th, 2020, Resolution No. 20-44 approved Amendment #1 to the Site Plan and <br />Grading and Drainage Plan. This amendment removed a planned clubhouse and revised <br />the grading and drainage plans to allow for an expanded stormwater pond. <br /> <br />The Final Plan/Final Plat was approved on July 26th, 2021 with Resolution No. 20-94. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
