Park Board Meeting — January 6 , 2014 Minutes The January 6 , 2014 City of Lino Lakes Park Board meeting was called to order at 6 : 40p . m . by Acting Chair Pat Huelman . Roll call was taken ; members present were , Pat Huelman , Matt Koehn , Charles Evans and Richard Jensen . Members absent were George Lindy and Byron Roland . Also present was Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director and Sandie Wood , Public Services Department Office Tech II . 1 . SWEAR IN REAPPOINTED PARK BOARD MEMBER — RICHARD JENSEN : Sandie Wood , Public Services Department Office Tech II , swore in reappointed member Richard Jensen . 3 . APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM JUNE 12 , 2013 : Matt Kuehn noted that the adjournment time was incorrect . After reviewing the meeting notes it was found that the call to order time was incorrect not the adjournment time . The minutes should have read "the meeting was called to order at 5 : 35pm " not 6 : 35pm . Richard Jensen made a motion to approve the June 12 , 2013 minutes . Charles Evans seconded the motion and the minutes were approved as corrected . 4 . SETTING AGENDA : There were no changes to the agenda . 5 . OPEN MIKE : There was no one present for open mike . 7 . OLD BUSINESS : There was no old business . 8 . ADOPT MEETING CALENDAR FOR 20140 Included in the packet was a memo with staff s recommendations for 2014 . It is as follows . Monday, January 6 , 2014 Monday, July 7 , 2014 Monday, February 3 , 2014 Monday, August 4 , 2014 Monday, March 3 , 2014 Monday , September 8 , 2014, 6pm — Tour and BBQ Monday, April 7 , 2014 Monday, October 7 , 2013 Monday, May 5 , 2014 Monday, November 3 , 2014 Monday, June 2 , 2014 Monday, December 1 , 2014 After discussion Matt Koehn made a motion to approve the 2014 Park Board Meeting Calendar . Richard Jensen seconded the motion and the calendar was approved . 1
