CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-121 <br /> <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 14-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 14-23, Establishing the 2024 Fee <br /> Schedule, for first reading on October 23, 2023 and second reading and final passage on <br /> November 13, 2023, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14-23 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 allows the City to <br /> publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the summary clearly informs the public <br /> of the intent and effort of the ordinance, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br /> copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br /> summary of Ordinance No. 14-23 in Attachment A is approved for publication according <br /> to state law and the City Charter. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />117
