ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 23-121 <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 14-23 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2024 CITY OF LINO LAKES FEE SCHEDULE; <br />REPEALS ALL ORDINANCES, PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND PREVIOUS FEE <br />SCHEDULES THAT CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br /> <br /> The City of Lino Lakes City Council does ordain the following: <br /> Section 1. Findings. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Lino Lakes City Charter, and the <br /> Lino Lakes City Code, and upon a review of a study conducted by City staff, a fee <br /> schedule for City services and licensing is hereby adopted as follows: <br /> 2024 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> A. Alcoholic Beverages <br /> B. Amusement and Commercial Recreation <br /> C. Business and Miscellaneous <br /> D. Fire Regulations <br /> E. Police Fees <br /> F. Rentals & Reservations <br /> G. Building – Construction Utilities <br /> H. Escrow Deposits <br /> I. Right-Of-Way Management <br /> J. Utility Fees <br /> K. Culvert Prices <br /> L. Land Use <br /> M. Development Fees <br /> N. Economic Development Assistance <br /> O. Staff Time <br /> P. Late Fee <br /> <br /> Section 2. Effective Date of Ordinance.
