EDA MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br /> <br /> <br />1 residential and so that is also a consideration. <br />2 <br />3 EDA Member Cavegn asked about the security on the commercial elements and the <br />4 developers (Peter Josh and Jamison Kahort) responded with an explanation of their plans. <br />5 <br />6 EDA Member Stoesz asked about maintaining the community green parking and Mr. <br />7 Grochala explained plans including a goal to have people using the businesses to also use <br />8 the community green. <br />9 <br />10 EDA Member Rafferty noted some high quality developments and his desire to see that <br />11 for the City. The developers said they are open to discussing what the council envisions; <br />12 their partners have developed a variety of projects. The developers offered to walk the <br />13 council through a project already completed. <br />14 <br />15 EDA President Ruhland opened the public hearing. <br />16 <br />17 There being no one present wishing to speak, the public hearing was closed at 7:29 p.m. <br />18 <br />19 EDA Member Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 22-01 as presented. EDA <br />20 Member Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.
