Planning & Zoning Board Comments <br />The Board reviewed the concept plan on July 12, 2023 and had the following comments: <br />1.More information is needed on how the indoor storage functions and operates. <br />2.Only LI, Light Industrial permitted uses should be allowed in multi-tenant industrial <br />units. <br />3.The multi-tenant industrial units shall not be used for personal storage. <br />4.Multi-tenant industrial units were a good use and generally supported. <br />5.Asked if there would be an onsite manager. Applicant representative stated probably <br />not. <br />6.Berm along Lake Drive should continue south. <br />7.The zig zag pattern on the south and west elevations should be omitted. <br />Work Session <br />The City Council reviewed the concept plan on August 7, 2023 and had the following comments: <br />1.Revise site plan and architectural renderings to address P&Z and Council concerns: <br />a.Relocate 3 east bays to the west side <br />b.Omit “zig zag” pattern <br />c.Higher quality building materials and aesthetics <br />2.Revise floor plan showing: <br />a.
