CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Huelman called the Lino Lakes Park Board meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. on <br />October 4, 2023. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director amended the agenda to include 8B Scarecrow <br />Crawl. <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />There was no one present for open mike. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF JULY 18, 2023 MINUTES <br /> <br />Mrs. Ballering moved to approve the July 18, 2023 meeting minutes. Motion seconded by <br />Mr. Gooder. Mr. Kusterman abstained. Motion carried 4– 0. <br /> <br />6. PARKS UPDATE <br /> <br />A. Watermark Park <br />Mr. DeGardner gave a summary the development of Watermark Park continues. The <br />landscape plantings are in.
