Appeal to Exterior Materials <br />Interpretation <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br />BACKGROUND <br />At the Work Session, staff will present the January 8, 2024 Council staff report. <br />The applicant, Taylor Miller of TS Miller Company, LLC, submitted a land use application to <br />appeal staff’s interpretation of the zoning code relating to building type and construction and <br />exterior wall finishes.
