Protection shall be provided to minimize disturbance to surrounding soils , <br /> root systems and trunks of trees adjacent to site activity that are intended to be left <br /> standing . <br /> Compaction of site soils shall be minimized . <br /> R4LLAII imported materials shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to <br /> placement on the site . <br /> Ofil.Appropriate on - site containment must be provided for all trash , solid <br /> waste , construction debris , floating debris , and hazardous materials .
