Consider Resolution No. 24-04 Authorize Appraisal Services for the 2024/2025 Street <br />Reconstruction Project, <br />City Engineer Diane Hankee requested Council consideration and approval of Resolution <br />24-04 to authorize retention of Hosch Appraisal & Consulting, Inc, to prepare a benefit <br />evaluation to determine potential special assessments and feasilbility related to utility <br />improvements for the Pine Haven and Colonial Woods neighborhoods. She highlighted <br />that costs for the appraisal services is not to exceed $30,000. <br />i. Motion to: Approve Resolution 24-04 <br /> <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Mayor Rafferty reviewed the community calendar.
