<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-06 <br /> <br />APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE MARCH 5, 2024 PRESIDENTIAL <br />NOMINATING PRIMARY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Presidential Nominating Primary will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024; <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 204B.20, election judges shall be appointed to serve <br />in an election precinct and the appointing authority shall designate a judge serve as the head <br />election judge; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Minn.
