3 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on January 10, 2024. Public comments <br />included questions about noise, odor, property values, landscaping, architecture and cost. The <br />Board voted 7-0 in favor of the proposed rezoning. The Board also recommended an Open <br />House be held.
