Seed may be <br />provided in lieu of sod in certain cases, including when the area is adjacent to natural areas or <br />wetlands. <br />Mn DOT seed mix (33-261) is noted in the details for the stormwater basin. The ground cover <br />types must be added to the Landscape Plan. <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) <br />An Environmental Assessment Worksheet is not mandated.
