Del Webb Community-Pulte Group Presentation <br /> City Planner Katie Larsen introduced PaulHeuer and Dean Letter from the Pulte Group/Del <br /> Webb. Mr. Heuer presented on a concept for a planned 55+ community proposed for Lino <br /> Lakes. Following the presentation, a tour of the Corcoran Del Webb community was offered <br /> to Council. City staff will coordinate a date and time with Council for the tour. <br /> Councilmembers noted concerns about proposed lot sizes and indicated to the presenters <br /> that the side setbacks would likely need to increase. <br /> 2. Jansen Addition Preliminary Plat <br /> City Planner Katie Larsen presented on a preliminary plan for a three (3) lot subdivision of an <br /> existing single family lot.The applicant, Boulder Contracting, submitted a land use application <br /> for preliminary plat for Jansen Addition. The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing <br /> parcel located at 523 Lois Lane into three (3)single family lots for the purpose of constructing <br /> two (2) new single-family homes. <br /> Council will be presented with the formal application for review and consideration at the <br /> regular meeting on February 12, 2024. <br /> Brief discussion was held by Council about other parcels in the area which already subdivided <br /> in a similar fashion. The Council concurred that this subdivision made sense and they were <br /> supportive of it moving forward. <br /> 3. City Council Code of Conduct and Rules of Decorum <br /> City Administrator Sarah Cotton discussed with Council the review of the Council Code of <br /> Conduct, last adopted by Council in 2018; she noted that the Implementation section of the <br /> Code requires that Council review following each municipal election. Also presented was the <br /> newly proposed Rules of Decorum for Council's consideration; these rules would provide a <br />
