Consider Resolution No. 24-11 Approving Jansen Addition Preliminary Plat <br /> City Planner Katie Larsen presented for Council consideration a preliminary plan for a <br /> three (3) lot subdivision of an existing single-family lot. The applicant, Boulder <br /> Contracting, submitted a land use application for preliminary plat for Jansen Addition.The <br /> applicant has proposed to subdivide the existing parcel located at 523 Lois Lane into three <br /> (3) single family lots for the purpose of constructing two (2) new single-family homes. <br /> Planner Larsen highlighted the review process by the Planning and Zoning Board as well <br /> as the public hearing that was held in conjunction with the review. <br /> i. Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment <br /> City Planner Katie Larsen reviewed the second reading of proposed Ordinance 03-24, an <br /> ordinance approving the renumeration and codification of Chapter 1007. Council first <br /> reviewed and approved the first reading at the January 22, 2024 Council Meeting. Based <br /> on the volume of the proposed ordinance, Planner Larsen suggested Council approval of <br /> Resolution 24-07 to allow for a summary publication of the ordinance. <br /> i.
