Consider Resolution No. 24-12,Approve Final Payment, 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive <br /> Project <br /> City Engineer Diane Hankee requested Council consideration and approval of the final <br /> payment on the 2022 utility project at East Shadow Lake Drive. She provided background <br /> into the project and advised that the project is now complete and the site restored. The <br /> total contract amount for the project was $529,438.11; she requested approval of the <br /> final payment in the amount of$41,240.17 to Dresel Contracting. <br /> i. Shadow <br /> Lake Drive Project <br /> RESULT: CARRIED [UNANIMOUS] <br /> MOVER: Lyden <br /> SECONDER: Stoesz <br /> AYES: Lyden, Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Rafferty <br /> E. 2024 Street Rehabilitation and Trunk Watermain Project <br /> City Engineer Diane Hankee requested Council consideration to accept bids and award a <br /> construction contract for the 2024 Street Rehabilitation and Trunk Watermain Project. <br /> She provided background on the project, advising that on December 11, 2023, the City <br /> Council ordered the project and authorized the advertisement for bid for the 2024 Street <br /> Rehabilitation and Trunk Watermain Project. The street project is in conformance with <br /> the City's Pavement Management Program and Capital Improvement Planning. The <br /> Pavement Management Program evaluates the condition of the roadways and provides <br /> recommendations for maintenance for the City's entire network of roadways. Engineer <br /> Hankee provided the detailed areas proposed for improvement. <br /> 4 <br />
