Consideration of Resolution No. 23-130, Approving Utility Meter Reading Equipment <br /> Hardware and Customer Portal and Analytics <br /> Community Development Director Michael Grochala provided background on the <br /> December 11, 2023 Council meeting where the consideration of Resolution 23-130 was <br /> tabled until February 12, 2024. He advised that staff is continuing to work with the City <br /> Attorney to develop the previously discussed policy and he requested that Council <br /> consider further postponing this tabled item. He suggested that if Council were to further <br /> postpone until the March 11, 2024 meeting, staff could bring this item forward at the <br /> March work session for detailed discussion. <br /> i.
