Environmental Board December 27,2023 Page 2 The applicant, Boulder Contracting, submitted a land use application for preliminary plat for Jansen Addition. The proposal is to subdivide the existing parcel located at 523 Lois Lane into three single family lots for the purpose of constructing two new single-family homes. The Board discussed the proposed Jansen Addition. Mr. Nelson noted that recommendation number 8 should be removed 8 ecause the area along the north property line has low elevation change and heavy herefore the silt fence to capture runoff would not be necessary there. the sente on page three of the staff report under Stormwater Pollution Prevent' sh be remo , which reiterates recommendation 8. The Board accepted the seven recom endations. Motion made by Mr. Schwartz and conded b s. Buchmeier. Motion carried 4—0. 7.
