There being no one present wishing to speak, the public 99 <br />hearing was closed. 100 <br />i) Consider Resolution No. 17-141, Adopting the Final 2017 Tax Levy, Collectible in 2018 101 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 17-141 as presented. Council Member 102 <br />Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 103 <br /> ii) Consider Resolution No. 17-142, Adopting the Final 2018 General Fund Operating 104 <br />Budget 105 <br /> 106 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-142, as presented. Council Member 107 <br />Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 108 <br /> iii) Consider Resolution No. 17-143, Adopting the 2018 Water and Sewer Operating 109 <br />Budgets 110 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 17-143 as presented. Council Member 111 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 112 <br /> iv) Consider Resolution No. 17-144, Adopting the 2018 Recreation Fund Budget 113 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolutions No. 17-144 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. 115 <br />2B) Consider Resolution No. 17-145, Amending the 2017 General Operating Budget – Finance 116 <br />Director Cotton reported that staff has reviewed the 2017 budget to date and is presenting an action to 117 <br />amend that budget based on review. 118 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-145 as presented. Council Member 119 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 120 <br />2C) Consider Resolution No. 17-146, Committing Specific Revenue Sources in Special 121 <br />Revenue Funds – Finance Director Cotton explained that the resolution commits resources to certain 122 <br />funds as called for by government accounting standards. 123 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 17-146 as presented. Council Member 124 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 125 <br /> 126
