CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY FEE REFUND FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, <br />CHAVEZ PRESERVE <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Chavez Preserve with Resolution No. <br />17-61 and the Development Agreement with Resolution 17-62 on July 10, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of the development requirements, the developer paid City Sewer <br />Availability (SAC) and Water Availability (WAC) fees. The SAC and WAC fees were registered <br />with Anoka County as assessments on November 30, 2017. The assessments were paid in full on <br />December 6, 2017. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on unit of SAC and WAC fees were previously paid in 2002. Thus, the developer <br />is being credited for one unit of SAC and WAC fees.
