The applicant shall submit the final plat to the County for plat review. <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />A Declaration of Stormwater Maintenance is required and shall include the City of Lino Lakes as <br />a party to the agreement. <br /> <br />Development Agreement <br /> <br />A Development Agreement will be drafted by the City and shall be executed by the Developer. <br /> <br />Title Commitment <br /> <br />The City Attorney is satisfied with the title commitment. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the final plat for SS <br />Properties Addition on December 13, 2017.
