He pointed out 136 <br />the importance of a water management plan in a city with so many water resources. 137 <br />Council Member Stoesz asked about the load reduction retrofit. Ms. Thompson explained the 138 <br />enhancement of treatment strategies. 139 <br />Council Member Manthey remarked on the inclusion of graphics in the report. He found that useful 140 <br />and encourages residents to review the information so they can better understand impacts on bodies 141 <br />of water that are nearby. 142 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 18-02 as presented. Council Member 143 <br />Manthey seconded the motion.
