The proposed 2018 Mill and Overlay Project <br />(roadway preservation) includes: <br />Mill and Overlay <br /> <br />· Ware Road (6365 LF) Total Estimated Cost - $415,000 <br />- Project scope to include minor curb and gutter replacement and <br />storm sewer repair <br /> <br />· Brandywood Estates (4610 LF) Total Estimated Cost - $300,000 <br />- Whitetail Trail, White Oak Road, Buckthorn Lane, <br />Chokecherry Road, Velvetleaf lane <br />- Project scope to include minor curb and gutter replacement and <br />storm sewer repair <br /> <br />Based on the City’s existing street maintenance plan and discussions with staff, WSB would <br />perform the following tasks: <br /> <br />I. Prepare Final Project Plans/Maps <br />Final construction plans will be prepared for the milling and overlaying of the <br />above listed roadways. Topographic information will be collected by a <br />combination of field survey, city parcel map information and Lidar contours. <br />Construction plans necessary for the contractor to build the roadway to <br />specifications will be prepared. <br /> <br />RCWD, Ramsey County and Anoka County permits will be obtained for the <br />project.
