She reviewed the area 68 <br />of the easement and purpose (construction of a deck). Staff is recommending approval of the 69 <br />vacation and therefore adoption of the ordinance. 70 <br /> 71 <br />Council Member Rafferty asked if a pool would be possible at the same location. Ms. Hankee said 72 <br />such a request would have to be carefully studied, including with the utility company. It would be a 73 <br />difficult undertaking. 74 <br /> 75 <br />Council Member Stoesz asked if a future shed would require additional approval and Ms. Hankee 76 <br />said yes. She added that decks are specially considered for easement coverage because it is structure 77 <br />that is considered removable. 78 <br />i) Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 02-18, Vacating Drainage and Utility Easement Lot 79 <br />15, Block 2 of NorthPointe 2nd Addition 80 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to waive full reading of the ordinance. Council Member Maher 81 <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 82 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve the 2nd Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No 02-18 as 83 <br />presented. Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 5; Nays none. 84 <br />ii) Consider Resolution No. 18-16, Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance No. 02-18 85 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 18-16 as presented. Council Member 86 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 87
