The project includes the extension of water and sewer and a <br />sanitary sewer lift station. The sewer and water would be directionally drilled approximately <br />600 feet from Woodridge Lane to the 49 and J site and lift station installed on the site. This <br />project also includes the easement acquisition of three parcels. <br /> <br />The estimated construction cost of the project is $585,000.00. Based on the discussions with <br />staff, WSB would perform the following tasks: <br /> <br />1. Acquisition Services <br /> <br />WSB staff will review and verify title information, meet with the landowners, and <br />prepare minimum damage acquisition reports for three parcels. Our staff will prepare the <br />offer package, the memorandum of agreement, and easement agreements. We will <br />present the offer, and negotiate to reach a settlement for acquiring the easements on <br />behalf of the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />WSB staff will provide legal descriptions, parcel sketches, and staking for the easement <br />areas for the project. <br /> <br />Sub-Consultant Title Reports: <br /> <br />O & E Reports will be provided for the three parcels impacted as part of the project. If <br />the City elects to purchase title commitments and the insurance for these commitments, <br />that would be a cost paid directly by the City and is not included as part of this estimate.
