If additional negotiation services are required past the title and possession <br />date, they will be provided at our hourly fee if our contract amount has been <br />reached. <br />• No Right of Way Certificate #1 is needed. <br /> <br />City Tasks: <br /> <br />• City Attorney will provide template of conveyance and mortgage release <br />documents. <br />• Record conveyance documents <br />• Review MDAs and approve Authorization to Present Offers <br /> <br />2. Preliminary and Final Design <br /> <br />WSB will provide the resources, experience, and knowledge to deliver the preliminary <br />design and final design for this project. Our scope of services for this phase is outlined <br />below: <br /> <br />• Sanitary sewer and watermain design <br />• Lift station design including <br />o design flow calculation, <br />o peaking factors determination in accordance with MCES planning <br />guidelines, <br />o pump design and selection, <br />o wet well sizing, and <br />o vehicle access for operation and maintenance <br />• Electrical design including <br />o motor control, alarm and wiring <br />o SCADA integration in accordance with the City’s standards and <br />o onsite generator with an automatic transfer switch. <br />• Geotechnical evaluation with subsurface exploration <br />• Provide topographic survey <br />• Collect private and public Utility Data using GSOC <br />• Prepare Opinion of Probable Cost <br />• Prepare plans and/or maps indicating the project alignment <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />• We propose to complete 2 standard penetration test borings for this project. <br />The boring near the lift station will be drilled to a depth of about 30 feet,
