The applicant states that the business has grown, and so <br />they n eed a shop and supply warehouse for installation supplies and an office area for potential <br />client meetings and business office purposes. The shop is a family owned business, and they <br />currently have no employees except for the family members. The narrative states that the <br />current plan for growth is limited to 1-2 additional employees. <br /> <br />The Land Use Application is for the following: <br />• Site Plan
