5 9. A color and material palette for the principal building shall be provided. 10. Sheet A2: a. Mechanical equipment screening details shall be provided or the applicant shall demonstrate that the transformer box cannot be seen from Apollo Drive. 11. The applicant shall provide a 10-foot drainage and utility easement along Apollo Drive, and shall record an exhibit demonstrating compliance at Anoka County. 12. Sheet LS1.1 and LS1.2 Landscape Plan: a. All landscape calculations shall be shown on the plan set. b. Canopy Coverage: i. The chart from Section 1007.043(17)(c)3 shall be completed and shown on plan sheet. c. Foundation Landscape: i. The chart from Site Plan Worksheet shall be completed and shown Plan Sheet LS1.2. ii. Size (small, medium, large) of each tree and shrub shall be indicated. iii. Plans shall be revised to provide the required foundation landscaping. d. Open Area Standards: i. Sheet LS1.1 shall clearly indicate the area being calculated as open area and the trees and shrubs counted towards compliance. Plans shall be revised as necessary to comply with the ordinance standards. e. Buffer and Screen Standards: i. Plan Sheet L1 shall be updated to screen the parking lot from Apollo Drive. This could be accomplished by relocating the eight burning bush trees. 13. Irrigation is required for all grass and landscaped areas. 14. Seed mix details are required for stormwater ponds.
