3 <br />shall be mailed to the City of Lino Lakes within a reasonable time. The statement shall be due and <br />payable within one month of billing. <br /> <br />IV. TERMINATION <br /> <br />This Agreement may be terminated by the City of Shoreview if the City of Lino Lakes or the <br />resident at 465 Ash Steet Lino Lakes, MN violates the terms of the agreement or the provisions of <br />Shoreview Code Chapers 500 and amendments thereto. The City of Lino Lakes may terminate this <br />agreement upon serving written notice to the City of Shoreview of its intention to terminate. Upon <br />termination of this agreement the City of Lino Lakes, at its cost and pursuant to plans approved by the <br />City of Shoreview City Manager, shall disconnect the City of Lino Lakes utility service connection from <br />the City of Shoreview utilities. <br /> <br />XI.
