2 <br />The property owner of 465 Ash Street, Lino Lakes, MN shall observe the City of Shoreview’s <br />water use restrictions, currently odd/even with a mid-day ban. In the event that these are violated, the <br />City of Lino Lakes is required to enforce on the City of Shoreviews behalf. <br />Sanitary sewer service backup due to the lack of maintenance of the private sanitary sewer <br />service shall be the responsibility of the property owner of 465 Ash Street, Lino Lakes, MN and <br />addressed by the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Inflow and Infiltration from illegal sump pump and foundation drain discharges shall be <br />monitored and enforced by the City of Lino Lakes, and at the City of Shoreview’s request. <br />The new water service shall be Shoreview-spec radio read meters (Badger/Orion). The City of <br />Lino Lakes shall maintain these meters in the event of reading errors. <br />II. PERMITS AND FEES <br /> <br />The property owner of 465 Ash Street, Lino Lakes, MN shall obtain a permit from the City of <br />Shoreview and pay connection fees: <br /> <br />Water <br />Water fees in lieu of an assessment 92’ X $33.33/ft $ 3,066.36 <br /> Trunk Facility Charge 92’ X $ 7.75/ft $ 713.00 <br /> Connection Charge $ 275.00 <br /> Water Meter with Tax $ 271.03 <br /> Permit/Inspection $ 61.00 <br /> <br /> Total Shoreview Water Connection Fees $ 4,386.39 <br /> <br />Sewer <br />Water fees in lieu of an assessment 92’ X $25.23/ft $ 2,321.16 <br /> Connection Charge $ 275.00 <br /> Permit/Inspection $ 61.00 <br /> <br /> Total Shoreview Sewer Connection Fees $ 2,657.16 <br /> <br />III. USE CHARGES <br /> <br />Water - The City of Lino Lakes shall be responsible for installing, maintaining and reading the <br />water meter. Water usage data shall be collected and forwarded to the Shoreview City Manager in <br />accordance with a schedule approved by the Shoreview City Manager which will enable the City of <br />Shoreview to submit a quarterly water use statement to the City of Lino Lakes as hereinafter provided. <br />The Shoreview City Manager shall have the authority to randomly sample water usage data by reading <br />the meter. The City of Lino Lakes shall pay the City of Shoreview the total of the individual water use <br />charges as computed pursuant to Shoreview Code 501.080 and amendments thereto. A quarterly <br />statement for the total water use charge shall be mailed to the City of Lino Lakes within a reasonable <br />time. The statement shall be due and payable within one month of billing. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer - The City of Lino Lakes shall pay the City of Shoreview the total of the <br />individual sanitary sewer use charges for each dwelling as computed pursuant to the City of Shoreview <br />code 502.070 and amendments thereto.
