<br />WS – Item 1 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item No. 1 <br /> <br /> <br />Date: May 7, 2018 <br /> <br />To: City Council <br /> <br />From: Jeff Karlson, City Administrator <br /> <br />Re: Presentation from Terre Heiser, City of Roseville IT Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Roseville IT Manager Terre Heiser will be at the work session to review the information <br />technology services the City of Roseville provides through Metro-INET. <br /> <br />In 1998, the cities of Mounds View and Roseville combined their respective email <br />systems into a single on premise Exchange email server. This was extended to other <br />government agencies that have chosen to participate in the Metro-INET group, who <br />currently host about 1600 mailboxes across 30 agencies. <br /> <br />Lino Lakes budgeted the following for Metro INET services in 2018: <br />1) Telephony $ 18,143 <br />2) Core Services & Support $119,313 <br />3) Supplemental Services $ 20,447 <br />TOTAL $157,903 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
