CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-57 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />2018 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 18-43 of the Council adopted on April 23, 2018, awarding <br />the contract for the 2018 Mill and Overlay Project to TA Schifsky and Sons, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $101,851.06. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of May, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
