CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRADING AND TRUNK UTILITY AGREEMENT <br />FOR WATERMARK <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for the <br />Watermark PUD on June 13, 2016, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the grading and trunk utility construction plans and found it <br />to be consistent with the comprehensive plan, zoning and subdivision ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Grading and Trunk Utility Agreement between U.S. Homes Corp. d/b/a <br />Lennar and the City of Lino Lakes for the Watermark PUD and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of June, 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />_________________and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> ___________________________ <br /> Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
