Consider Resolution No. 18-72 Approving PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />On April 9, 2018, the applicant, Royal Oaks Realty, Inc., submitted a land use application for <br />rezoning and PUD Development Stage/Preliminary Plat review. The proposed residential <br />development was a 9 lot single family conservation subdivision located north of Foxborough <br />and west of Saddle Club. It contains 1 parcel totaling approximately 5.25 gross acres. The <br />development is called Saddle Club Fourth Addition. <br /> <br />On April 30, 2018, the applicant decided to eliminate 1 lot and submitted revised plans for an 8 <br />lot single family conservation subdivision.
