The PUD provides flexibility from the strict standards of the zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Blocks and Lots <br /> <br />The preliminary plat has 8 single family lots and 3 outlots. The outlots are for stormwater <br />management facilities and delineated wetland areas. <br /> <br />As noted above, Saddle Club Fourth Addition incorporates Outlot B, Saddle Club 3rd Addition. <br />This outlot was preliminary platted as 2 single family lots. The Fourth Addition is now <br />utilizing 1 of the lots as a stormwater management pond. The other lot will remain for a single <br />family house. <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2 is an irregular shaped lot but meets the required lot dimensions is regards to size, <br />width and depth. Similar to some lots in Foxborough and Saddle Club, this lot has limited rear <br />yard area for accessory structures. The developer shall submit a house plan that includes a deck <br />for this lot. <br /> <br />The outlots will be deeded to the City. <br /> <br />Streets and Alleys <br />
