G. Rud & <br />Sons, Inc. The following are our review comments that should be responded to in writing by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />All plans, specifications, and construction activities shall reference the latest version of the City <br />General Specifications and Standard Detail Plates for Street and Utility Construction dated <br />February 2018, the 2013 CEAM, and the 2018 MnDOT Standard Specifications. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />The Saddle Club 4th Addition Preliminary Plat serves 8 new single-family lots, including the <br />Saddle Club 3rd Addition Outlot B. The 4th Addition will include a roadway connection and <br />water loop from the Fox Borough Development to the Saddle Club 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall use detail plates from the City of Lino Lakes General Specifications <br />and Standard Detail Plates, dated February 2018. <br />2. The applicant shall show construction entrances on the grading plan. <br />3. The applicant shall show the location for temporary/permanent erosion control measures <br />and the estimated quantities for all BMPs. Note the seven day stabilization requirement <br />(temp/perm). <br />4. The plans need to describe maintenance activities and when to complete maintenance. <br />Show locations for stockpiles and BMP measures for stockpile management.
