The SWPPP shall denote the inspection process/schedule for SWPPP activities as well as <br />the person(s) to ensure the inspections and maintenance activities are being performed. <br />7. The applicant shall label the proposed high points between lots, and proposed elevations <br />at property corners. <br />8. The applicant shall extend the existing and proposed grades to include tie in points with <br />the previous Fox Borough Development as well as Saddle Club 3rd Addition. These <br />grades should include updated grades after the removal of the temporary cul-de-sacs. <br />9. The applicant shall label the future High Point on Fox Road on the south end of the road. <br />10. The applicant shall show the limits of clearing and grubbing. <br />11. The applicant shall show/label inlet protection at the low point to the south within the <br />Fox Borough Development. <br />12. The applicant shall include construction plans & details regarding the rain gardens at ST. <br />10+00. <br />13. The applicant shall show the reconstruction of the bituminous trail to the south all the <br />way up to the existing pedestrian bridge to fix drainage issues along the path. The <br />applicant shall also be extended through this area. <br />14. The applicant shall adjust driveway grades to a maximum of 8% slope. The applicant <br />shall also show the driveway grade for Block 3, Lot 1. <br /> <br />• Stormwater Management <br /> <br />In April 2017, Permit #17-034 from the Rice Creek Watershed District was deemed <br />incomplete. Permit #17-034 was for the original Saddle Club 4th Addition for surface water <br />management. The RCWD permit is currently under review. Erosion control is required with <br />this phase and includes the rock construction entrances and silt fence around the perimeter <br />of the disturbed area. The SWPPP is under review by the City’s Environmental Coordinator. <br />There is one stormwater quality pond, 1 stormwater basin, and 2 rain gardens in the <br />proposed Saddle Club 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br />1. Add note to ‘Storm Sewer Notes’ to include the following verbiage: All joints to be <br />wrapped with geotextile fabric (STR-11). <br />2. Add note to ‘Storm Sewer Notes’ that ‘The FES and last 3 pipe joints are to be tied’. <br />3. The applicant shall add catch basins to the low point at ST 2+32.92 to drain water at this <br />point. <br />4. The applicant to provide explanation for shallow pipe grade from pond outlet to MH <br />202. <br />5. The applicant shall label the Normal Water Level (NWL) and High Water Level (HWL) <br />for the wetland in Outlot E. <br />6. Spot elevation and flow arrows should be added for both of the proposed ponds as well <br />as high points between homes. <br />7. The applicant shall label Emergency Overflows for catch basins in the street (low <br />points). <br />8. The applicant shall provide explanation for Block 2, Lot 1 Drainage Easement width <br />(min. 20’ wide).
