Page 1 <br />Memo <br />To: Katie Larsen <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />Date: May 1, 2018 <br />Re: Environmental Board Recommendations for Foxburough 4th Addition <br />The Lino Lakes Environmental Board had the following comments and <br />recommendations about Saddle Club 4th Addition: <br />• Install a lower profile curb similar to Foxburough in the Saddle Club 4th Addition <br />development for amphibian travel <br />• The ponds must be shown to have a 2-3 foot separation between the bottom of <br />the pond and the ground water table if they are infiltration ponds. <br /> <br />• Remove and replace all wetland top soils in buffer and wetland areas that would <br />be graded and place the soils in the same place from where they were removed <br /> <br />• During construction the developer must identify a person that will be doing the <br />inspections. The person must be certified by the state to do inspections. All <br />weekly and post rainfall inspections must be submitted to the City of Lino Lakes <br />by the next day after inspections. Follow-up corrections must be submitted to the <br />City after corrections are made. <br /> <br />• Remove all Ash trees in areas where they may be a hazard impact to new <br />residents, as well as an economic impact. <br /> <br />• With little remaining for screening after the basic use area is cleared of trees, <br />replacement trees should be planted in space left on the west and south side. <br />This could mean in the Foxburough Conservation Easement area strip to the <br />south of the project, with the permission of the Foxburough Association. Native <br />shrubs should be planted to replace buckthorn that after tree clearing will be the <br />Environmental
