The <br />applicant shall work with Rice Creek Watershed District to either amend the original <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement or complete a new Maintenance Agreement for the 4th <br />Addition. <br /> <br />• Permits Required <br /> <br />The following permits shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br />1. NPDES Construction General Permit <br />2. City of Lino Lakes Zoning Permit for Grading <br />3. Rice Creek Watershed Permit for Stormwater and Erosion and Sediment Control <br />4. US Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 – Individual Permit <br />5. MDH for Water System Extension <br />6.
