Please consider the following: <br /> <br />BUILDING NAME: Lino Lakes Civic Complex <br /> <br />BUILDING: 620 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br /> <br />PREMISES: <br /> <br />Approximately 9,138 Rentable Square Feet (SF). <br />TENANT New Creations Child Care and Learning Center <br /> <br />OWNER: City of Lino Lakes <br /> <br />LEASE COMMENCE: July 1, 2019. <br />VOICE/DATA: Tenant is solely responsible for verifying that the voice/data <br />access to the property is acceptable for its needs. <br />PARKING: Tenant will have access to the common parking area. <br />CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY: Owner will deliver premises in “as-is” condition. Any additional <br />costs are the Tenant’s sole responsibility.
