The lease can only be terminated by the <br />Landlord if the space will be used by the City of Lino Lakes or <br />another governmental agency. <br /> <br />NON-BINDING: The foregoing does not constitute a lease agreement and contains <br />only some of the basic terms and conditions that are normally <br />contained in a commercial lease agreement of this size and <br />nature.
