Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 27 <br />Council Member Maher abstained from voting on Item 1B. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Stoesz moved to approve Item 1D as presented. Council Member Manthey 30 <br />seconded the motion. Council Members Maher and Rafferty abstained from voting on Item 1D. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Mayor Reinert pointed out the funding included in the city expenditures for the Lino Lakes 33 <br />Ambassador’s Program; it is a great program that supports the City. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mayor Reinert also noted Item 1H, an action to approve the renewal of a liquor license for Don Julio 36 <br />Mexican Restaurant. There were violations of the city code in 2017 and the council has taken action 37 <br />on that.
