CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION June 25, 2018 <br />DRAFT <br /> 2 <br />Rafferty asked that the council receive a refresher on the exact terms included since it’s 46 <br />been a few weeks since they’ve met and that was not included in the staff report. 47 <br /> 48 <br />Item 3A, Extend Lease of New Creations Child Care – Administrator Karlson noted 49 <br />that the council reviewed the terms at a previous work session, and the terms are again 50 <br />laid out in the staff report. It’s important to the center to have an extension since they are 51 <br />planning improvements. 52 <br /> 53 <br />Item 6A, Nature’s Refuge – City Planner Larsen noted the changes that have occurred 54 <br />since the first reading and review of the action. 55 <br /> 56 <br />Item 6C, Quotes and Contract for 2018 Street Maintenance (Reclamite) Program – 57 <br />City Engineer Hankee explained that this is a certain element of the City’s 2018 Street 58 <br />Maintenance Program. Staff is recommending acceptance of the single quote based on 59 <br />the specialized nature of the work. The staff report includes a map of the roads that will 60 <br />be included in the program. 61 <br /> 62 <br />Council Member Rafferty asked if this process/product has been used successfully areas 63 <br />that can be identified.
