Since outdoor dining is seasonal, the same number of spaces 75 <br />aren’t needed. She noted the support of the Planning and Zoning Board. 76 <br /> 77 <br />Mayor Reinert remarked that he sees this as a good initiative that will help restaurants to provide 78 <br />outdoor seating without the expensive addition of parking. He sees no down side for the city. 79 <br /> 80 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 09-18 as presented. 81 <br />Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 82 <br /> 83 <br />6B) Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 10-18, Amending City Code Chapter 1007 84 <br />Related to Commercial Kennel and Commercial Stable Performance Standards – City Planner 85 <br />Larsen reviewed the proposed zoning ordinance amendment relative to kennel and stable standards. 86
