Since outdoor dining is seasonal, the same number of spaces 75 aren’t needed. She noted the support of the Planning and Zoning Board. 76 77 Mayor Reinert remarked that he sees this as a good initiative that will help restaurants to provide 78 outdoor seating without the expensive addition of parking. He sees no down side for the city. 79 80 Council Member Manthey moved to approve the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 09-18 as presented. 81 Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 82 83 6B) Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 10-18, Amending City Code Chapter 1007 84 Related to Commercial Kennel and Commercial Stable Performance Standards – City Planner 85 Larsen reviewed the proposed zoning ordinance amendment relative to kennel and stable standards. 86
