Sheet A101, Floor Plan: <br />a. Staff will determine building and unit addresses. The floor plan will then <br />need to be revised accordingly. <br />3. Sheet A301, Rendered Elevations: <br />a. Under Material Calcs, Smooth Colored Accent Brick shall be noted as <br />Class I, not Class II. <br />4. All Civil Plan Sheets: <br />a. Label “Existing Building” and make the building lines wider to better <br />differentiate all lines, similar to Sheet A011. <br />b. Remove existing and proposed 6ft high wood fence. <br />5. Sheet C-101, Site Plan: <br />a. Please confirm correct Building size and label correctly. <br />i. Sheet A011 and Sheet C-101 have different sizes. <br />b. The drive aisle at southwest corner of the mini self-storage building shall <br />be a minimum of 24ft wide. <br />i. It only measures 23.8ft wide. <br />c. A minimum 47ft wide drive aisle in the southeast corner of the site is <br />required to access the three (3) east units. <br />d. The Street Setback along Park Court shall be corrected from 50ft to 30ft. <br />e. Under Project Summary-Setbacks, please revise to: <br />i. Street (Park Court) = 30ft <br />ii. Street (Lake Drive) = 50ft <br />f. Under Parking Summary, please use data and calculations from staff <br />report. <br />g. The parking spaces count along the north side of the building should be <br />16. <br />h. Add a hatch symbol and label for what appear to be “No Parking” areas.
