These standards are summarized in the <br />PUD Master Plan Booklet and are incorporated as part of the Master Development Agreement. <br />Each phase (i.e. addition) of development shall submit a PUD Final Plan consistent with the PUD <br />Development Stage Plan. <br /> <br />In October 2017, Council approved an amendment to the PUD Development Stage Plan’s <br />overall Land Use Plan. The Land Use Plan established 871 housing units. As the applicant has <br />worked through final plan design to address City and RCWD comments from the preliminary <br />plat, the number of 55’ wide villas was reduced from 127 units to 120 units. The net number of <br />housing units is now 864. <br /> <br />In August 2023, Council approved PUD Amendment #4-PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat. The amendment reconfigured the north end of the preliminary plat in <br />regards to lot sizes and housing products. The total number of housing units remains 864 and <br />does not change. <br />
