CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-04 <br />AUTHORIZING APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR THE 2024/2025 STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 23-89 the City Council approved the preparation of a <br />feasibility study for the 2024/2025 Street Reconstruction Project, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to obtain appraisal services to assist with <br />the feasibility study. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />authorizes Hosch Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. to prepare a benefit evaluation for proposed <br />utility improvements. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of January, 2024. <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />137
