1 <br />LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MINUTES <br />DATE: March 11, 2024 <br />TIME STARTED: 6:30 PM <br />TIME ENDED: 6:44 PM <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers, Lyden, Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Mayor <br />Rafferty <br />Staff members present: City Administrator Sarah Cotton; Deputy Director of Public Safety Dan <br />L’Allier; Police Captain William Owens; City Clerk Jolleen Chaika. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rafferty at 6:30 PM. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />No public comment was received and public comment was closed at 6:32 PM. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />Deputy Director of Public Safety Dan L’Allier introduced new firefighters Tyler Moore, Ryan Olson, <br />Joshua Rouse, and Sam Sampey to the City of Lino Lakes. Mayor Rafferty issued the Oath of Fire <br />Service to each. <br />Following the swearing in of the new firefighters, and in observance of the retirement of District <br />Fire Chief Craig Menne was recognized for his 20 years of service.
